USDA Loans come with specific income thresholds, which vary based on the number of occupants in the household and the county in question.

Location

These loans can only be accessed in areas that are approved by the USDA; however, 97% of land in the United States is classified as “rural” and qualifies for USDA financing.

Good Credit

To be eligible for USDA Loans, applicants need to possess a credit score of at least 640

To qualify, you must either be a US citizen or a permanent resident.
